Thank you so much for your interest in being a vendor at Epic Fit Fest 2025 on August 29-31,2025. The main event will be held Saturday August 30th Loews Hotel in Arlington from 9am to 5pm. This will be a unique opportunity to interact with a target audience of health and wellness minded women and men, gain new customers, interact with other black-owned businesses while enjoying the music, seminars, fitness demos, culture, and everything the festival has to offer! Unfortunately, we cannot host any food vendors this year due to the venue.
All vendors must be approved by Epic Fit Fest. All vendors will be contacted and approved by August 1st via email, with further instructions. At that time, you will be responsible for signing the Vendor Agreement, and paying the Vendor Fee within 3 business days, via Zelle or Cash App, or you will forfeit your opportunity to vend. You will be responsible for your entire setup, including chairs, tables, generators or any decor. You will required to obtain General Liability insurance for the date of the event, as well as a valid Texas State Sales Tax Permit, and submit it to Epic Fit Fest. Your spot will not be confirmed until we receive all documentation and fees.

Friday Evening 10 x 10 Vendor Space -$200
Saturday Fit Fest 10 x 10 Vendor Space- $250
Sunday Morning 10 x 10 Vendor Space -$200
Vending all 3 days- $350
There will be a $50 discount for any vendor who advertises they will be at the event via social media. More details will be given upon acceptance.
You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and Epic Fit Fest does not send decline emails or application status updates to applicants. Requests from applicants regarding the status of their application may not be answered.
