Thank you so much for your interest in being a vendor at Epic Fit Fest on September 22! The event will be held on the lawn of the Epic in Grand Prairie from 10am to 3pm. This will be a unique opportunity to interact with a target audience of health and wellness minded women and men, gain new customers, interact with other black-owned businesses while enjoying the music, food, and everything the festival has to offer!
All vendors must be approved by Epic Fit Fest. All vendors will be contacted and approved by September 14th via email, with further instructions. At that time, you will be responsible for signing the Vendor Agreement, and paying the Vendor Fee within 3 business days, via Zelle or Cash App, or you will forfeit your opportunity to vend. You will be responsible for your entire setup, including chairs, tables, tents, generators or any decor. Tents are not required, but are recommended. You will required to obtain General Liability insurance for the date of the event, as well as a valid Texas State Sales Tax Permit, and submit it to Epic Fit Fest. Your spot will not be confirmed until we receive all documentation and fees.
This is NOT a rain or shine event. In the event of inclement weather, the festival will be moved to October 6th, so please make sure you are available for both dates. Free on-site parking is available for vendors. Arrival times will be sent closer to the event.
We will not accept the following vendor categories:
Alcohol
Adult Toys
Beverages (No Beverages can be served from any food vendor including water)
Cannabis/Marijuana
Gambling
Weapons
10 x 10 Vendor Space (Non-Food)- $300
10 x10 Food Booth-$350
Food Truck- $400
There will be a $50 discount for any vendor who advertises they will be at the event via social media. More details will be given upon acceptance.
You will only be contacted by us if you have been accepted. Acceptance is not guaranteed, and Epic Fit Fest does not send decline emails or application status updates to applicants. Requests from applicants regarding the status of their application may not be answered.
